A pozsonyi káptalan jelenti Lajos királynak, hogy az 1523. január 17-i parancsában elrendelt birtokbavezetést a királyi ember és a káptalani hites személy foganatosították, illetve az annak ellentmondókat a királyi perszonális prézencia elé perbe idézték.
