A csázmai káptalan bizonyitja, hogy előtte Derche-i Roh László fiai: István és János nevében eltiltották a nevezettek anyját: Katalin asszonyt a tolnamegyei Tolnawar őket anyjukkal zálogjogon közösen megillető birtok bármi módon történő elidegenitésétől, Miklós fehérvári prépostot és testvérét Bodo Gergelyt pedig annak elfogadásától, megtartásától és a birtokbavezetéstől.
