A váci káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Dorchan-i Gáspár fia: Dosa Miklós, elhalt osztályostestvérének, Dorchan-i Jakab fia: Jánosnak öröklési jogon rászállt részét a nevezett Dorchan birtokban, melyet bizonyos összegért a nevezett elhalt János elzálogosított Kirthes-i Péter fiának: Zarka Gergelynek, 10 arany forintért elzálogosítja ugyancsak a mondott Zarka Gergelynek. Eredeti, papír. Hátlapján rányomott pecsét töredéke. VÁCI KÁPTALAN
