A nyitrai káptalan Magyar István gimesi alvárnagy részére átírja saját 1339. június 23-án, október 7-én és 1342. október 25-én kelt Bogár fia Márton fia nagyobb Gergely berencsi szőlejére vonatkozó okleveleit. (Keltezés lehet: 1342. október 30. vagy 31.) Eredeti, hártyán, felül ABC betűkkel chirographálva, alján kissé hiányos.
