Kálmán, győri püspök megszabja a Zava-i egyház nemes jobbágyainak kötelezettségeit. Szükség esetén kötelesek a király seregébe bevonulni. Amelyikük ennek a kötelezettségnek nem tudna eleget tenni, köteles 4 dénármárkát, márkánként 10 pensával számolva, (quatuor marcas denariorum quamlibet marcam cum decem pensis computando) a püspöknek lefizetni.
