I.Mátyás király a budai káptalannak a Pest mellett tartott pest- és pilismegyei nemesi közgyűlésen tett vallomása és Pilis megye vizsgálata alapján tanusítja, hogy a budai káptalan a pilismegyei Zempche possessioban egy udvarház, hat jobbágytelekhely, szántófölek, rétek, szőlők, szőlőhegyek, erdők és ligetek békés birtokosa. - A szöveg alatt papírfelzetes vörös pecséttel.
