Buda - f. V. p. Visit. Marie. II. Ulászló király Beryzlo Péter királyi secretariusra és más, az oklevélben megjelölt hivatalos személyekre bízza a budai káptalan és Óbuda város között bizonyos óbudai birtokrész, szőlők, s ezek jövedelme miatt támadt ellentét elintézését. Eredeti - teljes szöveg, papír - a hajtások mentén szakadt. A szöveg alatt papírfelzetes vörös pecséttel.
