Buda. XV. die (circa Visit. Marie) Buda város felterjeszti Ráskai Balázs tárnokmesterhez az alperes által hozzá fellebbezett ügyet, amely a budai káptalan és Kewmlewdy Miklós között keletkezett, mivel utóbbi megtagadta, annak az évi 7 1/2 forint feudumnak a fizetését, amely a rá örökségül szállt Budai Olasz-utcabeli félházat terhelte, miután előző tulajdonosa 351 forint kölcsönt vett fel rá.
