II.Ulászló király meghagyja a budai káptalannak, hogy a váci káptalannak a pestmegyei Illew és Farkasd possessioba megkísérelt, de ellentmondás miatt meg nem valósult beiktatásáról ne adjon ki az ellentmondó Lossoncz-i Bannfy Bertalannak és fivéreinek mindaddig bizonyságlevelet, amíg a felperes a magáét nem igényli. - Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: Commissio propria domini regis. - A hajtások mentén szakadt. - A szöveg alatt rányomott vörös pecsét töredékeivel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé).
