A budai káptalan előtt Zabo Márton budai polgár - felesége Margit nevében is - Budán, a Szent János utcában Nyerges (Sellator) Gáspár és Zabo, másképpen Zalay dictus Pál budai polgárok házai szomszédságában lévő fél házát haszonvételeivel és tartozékaival együtt elzálogosítja Czegled-i András budai kanonoknak 43 színarany magyar forintért. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét töredékével. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé).
