Az esztergomi káptalan előtt a budai káptalan és a nyúl-szigeti apácák az Imre király előtt indított perükben megegyeznek úgy, hogy a káptalan az apácáknak elengedi a per folyamán rájuk kirótt költségeket, az apácák viszont elismerik a budai káptalannak a Jenew-i hajóvám harmadrészéhez való jogát, a másik kétharmadot megtartván maguknak.
