Mátyás király jelenti, hogy Gewncz város polgáraiinak hűséges szolgálataik elismesréséül azt a kegyet adta, hogy felmenti őket minden királyi és bármilyen más néven nevezendő vámfizetés alól. Meghagyja azért a vámszedőknek, hogy azt a kiváltságot Gewncz város polgáraival szemben vegyék mindig figyelembe. Eredeti, hártya, vizfoltos, rongált. Függő pecsétje hiányzik.
