XVII. Kal. Januarii. Nagy Lajos király Sebenico város követeinek bemutatásában és kérésére privilégiális formában átírja és megerősíti a város részére chuz János Dalmácia és Horvátország bánja által 1357. december 14-én a város jogairól, birtokairól stb. kiadott privilégiumot, egyben újabb birtokokat adományoz a városnak. Átírta a nonai káptalan 1360. 12. 2-án, a fehérvári káptalan 1381.VIII. 12-én. Eredeti, hártya, tört függőpecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) LAJOS 1 KIRÁLY
