Gara-i Miklós nádor jelenti, hogy annak az ügynek a tárgyalását, amely Wluengus comes, budai bíró mint actor és Lochonch-i István volt bán fia: Dénes mester között folyt, amelyet László herceg, volt nádor halasztó oklevele alapján szent György nyolcadán - május 1. - kellett volna folytatni, amikor az actori Jacobus Sartor képviselte Buda város üv. levelével, az alperest pedig Thompus ”dictus” János, a felek kívánságára Szent Mihály nyolcadára - október 6. - halasztotta.
