Az esztergomi káptalan Gwth-i Orzagh Mihály nádorhoz. 1466 okt.10-én kelt parancsára Pyske-i Péter királyi ember Kopan-i Gál pap javadalmas karpap káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Esztergom megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igazolta, majd Chonok birtokon Anna perjelnőt és az apácákat, továbbá ottani officialisukat: Hydegh Benedeket megidézte Labathlan-i Mihály fia Gergely és László fia András ellenében vízkereszt nyolcadára, meghagyva nekik jobbágyaik előállítását. - Zárlatán pecsét töredékével.
