I.Mátyás király a nagyszombati ferences apácák kérésére megerősíti és megújítja IV.László király 1280 ápr. 2-i, az apácák kérésére Pozsony megyei népeinek adómentességére vonatkozó oklevelét, melynek pecsétjét a Zsigmond király idejében Nagyszombat várost feldúló cseh eretnekek leszakították. - Kancelláriai jegyzet: Commisssio propria domini regis. - Hátlapján XVII.szd-i magyar nyelvű tartalmi kivonat. - Az eredeti oklevélen vörös-kék-zöld selyemzsinóron függő pecsét.
