Baranya megye hatósága (Johannes de Wizla, alter Johannes de Gezth, necnon Johannes Josa de Aranyan vicecomites és a szolgabírák) jelenti Gwth-i Orzagh Mihály nádornak és a kunok bírájának, hogy megkapta 1463 szept.13-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt, vizsgálatot elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében kiküldte kebeléből Herend-i Miklós szolgabírót, aki Baranya megyében nyomozva mindent a jelentésnek megfelelőnek talált. - Zárlatán három pecsét töredékeivel. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
