A somogyi konvent előtt a nyulszigeti Szűz Mária-kolostor perjelnője: Anna és az apácák nevében ügyvédjük: Igal-i Kapthas Barnabás tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Zenthemreh /ZenthEmreh/-i Sebestyén fia György és Harazthy-i András és Ferenc az apácáknak a pestmegyei Ilbewzygeth nevü szigetét elfoglalták és eltiltja őket a sziget elfoglalásától, birtokbavételétől és használatától.
