Translat. Benedicti. A budai káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Beyn-i Pongrác mester, a királyi udvar milese - akit a Pál királyi kocsikészítő fiával, Jakabbal a Pilis megyei Kande birtok ügyében folytatott perben 32 márka (Qualibet marca cum quattuor florenis computando) megfizetésére köteleztek - megfizetett Pál fia Jakabnak 4 márkát, a hátralévő 28 márka megfizetésének ügyében az oklevélben részletezett módon megegyeztek.
