VI. Kal. Julii. I. Lajos király anyja, Erzsébet királyné kérésére a Hévizfőnél (in capite Aquarum Calidarum) levő malom és kerék felét a Szent Lélek (egyház) keresztesei szomszédságában, amely Buda civitas bírája és esküdtjei ítéletével került anyjához, szabad rendelkezési joggal anyának adományozza átírva Buda város oklevelét. (1347. júl. 19.) D. p. m. Nicolai ep. Zagr. aule nostre vicecanc. Méltóságsor.
