Lajos király az óbudai klarissza apácáknak és népeiknek vámmentességi kiváltságot adományoz, valamint kiveszi őket a rendes bíróságok joghatósága alól és saját ítélkezése alá vonja őket. Eredeti, hártya, lyukas, lila-sárga selyemzsinóron függő pecsét töredéke, vászonzsákba varrott pecséttöredék és zöld selyemzsinóron függő, leszakadt pecséttöredék.
