A budai káptalan előtt Erzsébet királyné az általa alapított óbudai klarissza kolostornak adja mindazokat a telkeket és birtokrészeket, melyeket korábban a budai káptalan tanúbizonyságával vásárolt, mégpedig a Sylber kocsmárostól 32 forintért, a Pethe fia Jakabtól 20 forintért, a Nyulak szigeti Szent Mihály konventtől 24 forintért és Chabia-i Mihálytól 20 forintért vásárolt birtokrészeket.
