A pozsonyi káptalan tanúsítja, hogy előtte Bankwata-i Péter fia Pál mester Pozsony megyei Bankwata possessióját a hozzá tartozó két földrésszel - Symonfelde és Zokfelde - Jakab pozsonyi bírónak és örököseinek 180 dénárért elzálogosította azzal a feltétellel, hogy amennyiben vissza kívánja vásárolni, azt minden ellentmondás nélkül megtehesse.
