V. Kal. Jan. I. Lajos király a boszniai hadjárat során elveszett pecsétje helyett új kettős pecsétjével erősíti meg az óbudai klarissza apácák javára kiadott 1363. január 21-i oklevelét, és egyúttal érvénytelennek nyilvánítja a saját korábbi pecsétje alatt kiadott okleveleket, valamint az I. Károly király által kiadott mindazon okleveleket, amelyek új pecséttel nincsenek megerősítve. Megerősítési záradék I.
