Abstract

Somogy megye hatósága (...erechen et Niculaus de Ffayz alispánok és a szolgabírák) bizonyítja, hogy midőn (a nyulakszigeti) apácák kérésére Feyereghaz-i András szolgabírót küldte ki a vizsgálatra, ő jan.20. előtt valamelyik nap Somogy megyében nyomozva megtudta, hogy midőn az apácáknak Telez-en lakó egyik jobbágya: Sarkezy ”dictus” Mátyás bizonyos ügyeinek az elintézése végett Taton birtokra ment, akkor az ....apátnak Tatonban lakó jobbágyai: ....Zalay, Emericus, Johannes, Andreas, Vrws, Dominicus et Barnabas kegyetlenül megölték. - Hátán 3 pecsét nyoma.
