A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy a Várad város Velencei-utcájából - de vico Venetis való Biro ”dictus” Bálint a Szent Annáról elnevezett váradi apácák nevében tiltotta Keleser-i Bertalant de vico Vadkerth, hogy a Velencei-utcában - in vico Venetis, a szegények háza mellett lévő malmát eladja, elzálogosítsa, vagy bármilyen formában elidegenítse, Mezeugyan-i Pál literatust pedig és másokat a malomnak bármilyen formában való megszerzésétől és használatba vételétől. - Hátán pecsét töredékeivel.
