A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Ország Mihály nádornak, hogy miután az 1476 december 20.-i peticiójára Hont megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden ugy történt meg, amint a panaszos előadta, illetve a petició tartalmazta, Nyényei Lukács fiait a Hont megyei Kelenyen possessiójukból inszinuációval Vizkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ a királyi prézencia elé megidézték.
