Nagyszombat város birája: Pehem György és az eskütt polgárok előtt Bybi György Sempthe vár várnagya a felesége és örökösei nevében is a pozsonymegyei Nagyszombat város területén a Parna folyón lévő kőmalmát 400 magyar aranyforiintért eladja Dremel Miklós nagyszombati polgár özvegyének: Magdolnának azzal a joggal, amellyel a malmot neki Modrar András nemes nagyszombati polgár az anyja: Nagyda-i Modrar Pál özvegye Anna és gyermekei nevében Kassa város oklevele értelmében 40 aranyforintért eladta. A oklevelet Bybi György is megpecsételte. Eredeti, hártyán. Két függőpecséttel. NAGYSZOMBAT VÁROS
