A veszprémi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Chepel-i Zabó Péter fia Symon a Chepel birtokban lévő teljes birtokrészét annak minden jövedelmével 10 arany forintért elzálogosította Hydegkwth-i Farkas Miklós fiának: Miklósnak, akit annak a tulajdonában mindenkivel szemben meg fog védeni.
