A jászai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Mátyás király 1471 febr.22-én kelt parancsára Komyathy-i Albert királyi ember Benedek frater pap konventi kiküldött jelenlétében a Gombazeg-i Szűz Mária-kolostor pálos rendű remeteszerzeteseit bevezette Elswa-i Thekes Jánosnak a tornamegyei Borzwa birtokon lévő részébe és az ottani királyi jog birtokába. - Szomszédok: Zapolya-i Imre szepesi örökös ispán Pelsewcz-i officialisa: Janosfalwa-i Tóbiás fia Imre, Pelsewcz-i Bewbek György familiarisa: Fynke-i László, Zen-i Péter és fia Mátyás Borzwa-i jobbágya: Máté.
