A budai káptalan előtt Gerche-i Sebestyén fia György és István fia Kelemen a szabolcsmegyei Zaam, Chech és Zabolch prediumok felét a Dedeos feletti Szentlélek-kolostornak és az ottani pálos rendű remeteszerzeteseknek adják oly feltétellel, hogy ennek fejében minden hétfőn a halottakért és minden pénteken az Ur szenvedésére misét tartoznak mondani.
