(Ztreza, fasc. 5. nr. 14.) A csázmai káptalan előtt Lénárd Ztreza-i pálos szerzetes a kolostor nevében tiltakozik, hogy Gudowcz-i Péter mester, ”viceprothonotarius regni Sclavonie” s fia, István a Hedrihowcz-i István diák birtokrésze miatt keletkezett per végét be sem várva, Hedrihowcz faluban levő jobbágyaikat mezei munkák végzésére kényszerítik, bizonyos szántóföldjeiket pedig el is foglalják.
