(Dom Judice) A fejérvári keresztes konvent előtt Chepel-i Simon nemes, minthogy utódai nincsenek s nincs is reménye, hogy gyermekei születhetnek, Chepel birtokon, Veszprém megyében két nemesi curiáját a Vason melletti Szent Mihály arkangyaltól nevezett klastromnak adományozza. Eredeti. Hártyán. Kék zsinóron függő pecséttel. Dl. 24363: Átírja II. Lajos 1518. szeptember 18-án.
