Somogy megye tanúsítja, hogy a Zenpether-i pálosok kívánságára vizsgálatot tartott, amelynek során kiderült, hogy Moroczhel-i Vince Bwnnya-i jobbágya Chordas István megölte a Zenpether-i erdőben a pálosok Babos Mihály nevű jobbágyát.
