(Garig. fasc. 2. nr. 34.) Chyrke Péter al-bán, kőrösi comes s ugyanezen megye szolgabírái bizonyítják, hogy Carmpch-i Cheze János s felesége, Zuilka kérésére kiküldötték ”nobiles viros magistrum Adam litteratum, unum ex nobis iudicibus nobilium ac Mychaelem filium Fabiani et Paulum filium Iwan de genere Voyk homines nostros”, kik is vizsgálatot tartva megállapították Beke fia Tamás hatalmaskodásait. (Ezek leírása egyezik fenti 9. sz. alattival.)
