A pécsi káptalan előtt Demeter szűcs fia Ferenc pécsi polgár és felesége, magukra véve fiaik: Jakab, Demeter és Péter terhét, továbbá Jakab bíró pécsi polgár özvegye vallják, hogy egy, az Irwgh folyón levőmalom felét a Patach-i pálos remeték malmának szomszédságában eladják a Szent Jakab és Szűz Mária kolostorok remetéinek 8 dénármárkáért, amelyet már meg is kaptak tőlük.
