Ujhely város (Matheus filius Peter, Benedictus Johannis iurati de Wyhel ceterique cives de eadem) tanúsítják, hogy Bench István többek közt úgy végrendelkezett, miszerint a Magas hegyen fekvő szőlőjét, délről Boda István, északról Upur-i György szomszédságában feleségére, Ilonára hagyja, mégpedig azzal a kikötéssel, hogy felesége halála után a szőlő az Wyhel-i Szent Egyed kolostorra szálljon. - Hártyán, a hátlapon rányomott pecsét töredékével. - MOL, (AP Ujhely f.3 n.10) - Kiadása: Zs.
