A somogyi konvent előtt Terpe Mihály mester királyi szakács Nad zakachy-ból a Zakachy birtokon levő részeit úgymint 3 egész telket szőlőket, erdőket, réteket a Nadzakachy-i Szent Domonkos és Mindenszentek egyházaknak adományoz, s ha lányai a birtokot és mindezt vissza akarnák venni, atyai és anyai átkot vonnak magukra. - Átírva Zsigmond király 1410. november 5-én kelt oklevelében.
