A csázmai káptalan előtt Lukács fia Gergely leánya, Erzsébet (”provida”) s Zalathnok-i Kelemen fia Gál a maga, valamint testvérei: Demeter, Balázs, Gergely nevében eladják a Howm-hegyen, Péter és Hernk szőlői szomszédságában levő két szőlőrészüket öt aranyforintért Pangrachouch-i Melles András fiainak: Dénesnek, Istvánnak és Mártonnak.
