Eberhard zágrábi püspök meghagyja [Dombro-i] comensének, hogy a pálos szerzeteseket - akik iránt ”iure patronatus ac nexu confraternitatis” érez vonzalmat - minden joguk élvezetében őrizze meg, főleg pedig ”colonus seu iobagiones ipsorum de predio eorundem fratrum heremitarum sancte trinitatis vulgo Remethenche nuncupato” védelmezze meg. Meghagyja továbbá neki, hogy ”absque omni exaccione et dacia” engedje meg a nevezett jobbágyoknak, hogy az ő saját jobbágyai részére kijelölt erdőket és réteket szabadon használhassák.
