(Garig. fasc. 3. nr. 27.) Simon, a Gresencha-i Szt. Miklós-egyház plébánosa, csázmai alesperes mint a Zrednamelleki-i Gyle fiai: Fülöp, Péter és Dénes közötti viszály elitézésére felkért bíró bizonyítja, hogy Dénes a Szt. Miklós-templomban letette az esküt arra vonatkozólag, hogy Lesna falu zálogbavételéért járó egész összeget, 120 aranyforintot ő fizette meg Chupur Zsigmondnak s Farkasnak, s ahhoz Fülöp nem járult hozzá hét forinttal. Az eskü letevése után ”ipsum Dyonisium pacifice quittum et expeditum ipsi Philippus et Petrus dimiserunt”. Papíron, nyílt alakban, a szöveg alatt ovális, töredezett barna viaszpecséttel.
