(Garig. fasc. 4. nr. 60.) Zsigmond király Bálint, a ”mons Garygh”-i pálos kolostor priorjának kérésére átírja és megerősíti a Dl. 35.449-t (L. 152. sz. a.) Borbála királyné hozzájárulására, ”necnon prelatorum et baronum nostrorum consilio prematuro ac uniformi eorundem decreto.” Hártyán zöld-rózsaszín sodrott selyemfonálról függő kettős pecsét töredékeivel. - Ugyanazon jelzet alatt egykorú, egyszerű másolata. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Mályusz Elemér): LK 10 (1932) 262 ZSIGMOND KIRÁLY
