A csázmai káptalan előtt János ”mons Garygh”-i pálos Benedek vicarius és a többi szerzetes nevében tiltakozik, hogy Fyzesd-i Péter mester al-bán, körösi comes saját pecsétje alatt az ő birtokjogaikra sérelmes oklevelet állított ki rokonai, Zenthlylek-i Castellan fia László fiai Zsigmond és Gáspár, valamint Castellan fia Ádám fia Péter részére.
