Ujhely város (Johannes Vas iudex de Wyhel, Anthonius Aprod ac Petrus Kouak iurati ceterique cives de eadem) tanúsítja, hogy Phile fia Imre végrendeletileg 2 hold szántót a Bary út mellett, keletről File János, nyugatról Bary Fábián szomszédságában a Szent Egyed kolostorra hagyott s ezért maga Bary Fábián 1 hold szántót keletről ugyanannak a szomszédságában, nyugatról pedig Kowak Péter szomszédságában elcserélt a kolostorral egy malomföldért. - Papíron, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyomával. - MOL, (AP Ujhely f.4 n.17) - Ugyanazon a jelzeten található az oklevél 1650. évi átírása. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 702.
