IV. a. Emerici ducis. A székesfehérvári keresztes konvent előtt Lőrinc, a budai Szent Lőrinc kolostor vikáriusa a maga és az egész pálos rend nevében tiltakozik amiatt, hogy Péter, a Chathka-i Szűz Mária kolostor perjele Zenthgyurgh-i Vinche (dictus) Tamás fia Jánossal a pálosok Barrand nevű birtokához tartozó bizonyos Zylaswapa nevű szántóföldről a rend sérelmére egyezséget kötött. Lőrinc vikárius a maga és a rend nevében visszavonja és érvényteleníti az egyezséget.
