(Garig. fasc. 5. nr. 35.) A csázmai káptalan előtt Kozouch-i Bereck fia Simon a maga és nővére, Erzsébet, továbbá ennek fia, Gergely nevében elzálogosítja Palachna faluban levő egyik jobbágytelkét 14 aranyforintért a ”promontorium Garygh”-i pálosoknak. Papíron, nyílt alakban, hátlapján ovális viaszpecsét nyomaival. - Hátlapján a következő közelkorú feljegyzés: ”Preterea ea, que intrinsecus sunt, semel dedi centum denarios novos”. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Mályusz Elemér): LK 10 (1932) 283 CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
