A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult Elefanth-i Lukács és bejelentette, hogy a nyitramegyei Podlusan birtokban lévő birtokrész felét az abban őt megillető malomrésszel együtt 21 magyar arany forintért elzálogosította Kisapon-i Chwklaaz ”dictus” Istvánnak oly feltétellel, hogy amikor az elzálogosított birtokrészen szedik az adót, annak a fele Chwklaaz Istvánnak, a másik fele ellenben Lukácsnak jut. - Hátán pecsét nyomai.
