Mátyás király bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult János testvér, a Weresmarth-i pálos klastromnak a perjele és bemutatta előtte az egri káptalannak valamikor 1441-1456 között kelt oklevelét, kérve, hogy annak a tartalmát jóváhagyva, az oklevelet írja át számukra patens levél formájában szóról-szóra. A király János perjel kérését mindenben teljesíti. - Részekre szakadt, itt-ott rongyos. - A szöveg alatt papírfelzetes pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
