Palocz-i László comes országbíró bizonyítja, hogy előtte Path-i Tewrek László, magára vállalva fiainak: Jánosnak, Mihálynak és Gothardnak a terhét, nyugtatta Berzencze-i Lénárd fia György fiát: Sandrinust, mivel eleget tett neki azért az összegért, amelyért László már régebben magához váltotta Sandrinus osztályos testvérétől: Berzencze-i Mihály fia Jánostól a somogymegyei Sond birtokot a birtokra vonatkozó peres iratokat semmisnek jelentette ki és Sond birtokot békésen visszaadta neki. - Hátlapján pecsét töredékeivel.
