A szepesi káptalan jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy megkapta 1458. nov. 16-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt oklevelét, melynek értelmében Thernye-i András királyi emberrel Bálint papot küldte ki, egyházuk káplánját, akik dec. 15-én Bwdamyr birtokon Berzewycze-i Istvánt Pazek Péterrel szemben vízkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ a királyi személyes jelenlét elé idézték.
